Cool. Light. Balanced. I cut peeled onion. The petty knife passed through quietly and so smoth, like butter, I thought something must be wrong with my onion. No, the onion is crispy. The knife is just so thin, sharp and polished smooth, it does that way. Excellent teaser, ahead of Kodachi bunka, soon to arrive.
