Damascus steel offers an excellent combination of strength, hardness, durability, and edge retention. The blade is carefully heat treated to achieve an estimated hardness of approximately HRC 62+ on the Rockwell Scale for dependable cutting performance and long-term use.

Natural variations in the layered pattern ensure that no two blades look exactly alike, making every Frost knife visually distinctive.

Scales & Handle

The handle is handcrafted using highly figured olive wood and natural bone, creating a distinctive combination of grain, color, and texture. The olive wood is selected for its rich natural figuring and classic appearance, while the bone adds contrast and handcrafted character.
