Damascus Steel and Blade Detail

The blade is carefully hand forged using 15N20 & 1095 steel through a process of layering, welding, hammering, and shaping. This traditional forging process creates a distinctive Damascus pattern on every blade, giving each knife its own unique appearance similar to a fingerprint. Each knife is individually handcrafted and truly one of a kind.

Damascus steel is known for its outstanding strength and hardness. We enhance these properties through double oil quenching at approximately 2100°F, rapidly cooling the steel to develop hardness throughout the blade. The finished blade achieves approximately HRC 62+ on the Rockwell Scale for dependable cutting performance and edge retention.

The contrasting 15N20 and 1095 steels are finished using ferric chloride, which reacts differently with the layers and reveals the distinctive Damascus pattern across the blade.

The elegant handle is handcrafted using exotic rosewood and natural bull horn with decorative brass inlay. The combination of natural materials gives every handle its own distinctive grain, color, and character.
