If a return is necessary, please return the item in its original condition and packaging, and include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and issue a refund for the purchase price, minus any shipping charges.
Please note that custom orders are not eligible for return or refund, as they are specifically designed and crafted to meet your unique requirements.
